Message	(No error message. Program is trying to connect but nothing happens.)
Notes	This condition has been seen when trying to connect to a server that was returning pings but otherwise appeared to be down. For example, using "rup" to check on the host returned the message "Port mapper failure". Try Control-C to return to the command prompt. Note that if the host comes up while you are waiting you will not always get the prompt you are waiting for. So it would probably be better to exit and try again every few minutes than to keep waiting.
