Notes	This has been seen after the disk containing the sound effects has been backed up and restored. Opera seems to reference the sound by its short name, not its full name, and apparently the restore program did not restore the short names the same as they were before. So Opera's references no longer linked to the same sound files. Workaround: re-enter your sound preferences. Fix: Use an operating system that does not have all this "short name vs. long name" confusion.
